Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date result in a loss of the deposit, unless we are able to rent to another party for the same period of time. Cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival will result in a full refund. The security deposit of $500 is refundable within 7 days after vacating the property if everything is in the same condition as when Guest(s) arrived. Additional deposit required for pets. Must be specified when making reservations. Cleaning Fee: $100/rental. |

Payment Schedule with this completed agreementA. A 50% Reservation deposit is required to hold your reservation date. Deposit will be applied to the cost of the retreat. Cancellations made within 60 days of reserved dates will result in loss of deposit if owner is unable to rebook for the same dates. If cancellation is made before the 60 day period the full deposit will be refunded. $ B. Balance plus $500 Security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. $100 Cleaning fee may be paid at your convienence. $
C. We do offer a Pontoon available for rent at $100/ day or $500/ week. Comments
We desire for your stay to be as pleasant as possible, and have added many amenities for no cost (such as life preservers, indoor & outdoor games, a paddle boat, books, all cookware, etc.) everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation, just pack your clothes and come enjoy your stay! Along with these benefits we do expect our guests to replace items where they were found, and treat them as if they were your own. Thank you for your consideration.

Smoking outdoors only! Pets are considered with a deposit and approval from owner.

• Equipment
The rental is a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath fully furnished home. It is equipped with Beds, dressers, sleeper sofas, chairs, loveseats, tables, barstools, appliances, TV’s/DVD, cooking utensils, dishes, pillows, bedspreads, sheets, towels, pictures and decorating accessories. We will make every attempt to keep everything in good working condition. Any problem should be reported to the Owner immediately.
Boats/Outdoors
Basic Boater safety guidelines are to be used, including jet ski laws. Children must be accompanied by adult when in or around water, and on deck. Life preservers (provided) must be worn at all times when on the water.
Property
Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway - not on lawn.
Cleaning
Guests are expected to leave the premises in the same condition as when they arrived with the exception of basic cleaning and washing bedding and towels, that will be done after guests vacate the retreat. If cleaning is desired during your stay, a rate of $50.00/day(s) will be charged. Please request prior to arrival. In addition to the rates listed above, there is a $100 cleaning fee/rental.
Terms of Payment
We accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, cash, and Pay-Pal.
Liabilities
Guest(s) agrees that the Owner shall not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest(s), any other person(s), or guests property, occurring on the premises at 58881 Yeatter Rd. Colon Michigan, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any such claims or damages no matter how caused.
Special Attention
The owner also requests that consideration be given to the Neighbors of the property during the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00a.m. Excessive noise or commotion that is disturbing should be avoided during these times, and would be greatly appreciated.
