We prefer to rent the Complete Retreat, but understand that some vacations require a tighter budget and smaller quarters. Therefore, we offer three options - The Complete Retreat, The Main Retreat, or The Lodge Retreat. Please choose which best fits your needs. Cancellations within 60 days of the reservation date result in a loss of the deposit, unless we are able to rent to another party for the same period of time. Cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival will result in a full refund. The security deposit of $500 is refundable within 7 days after vacating the property if everything is in the same condition as when Guest(s) arrived. Additional deposit required for pets. Must be specified when making reservations. Cleaning Fee: $100/rental. |
